Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing was established in 1985 by real-life brothers Roger and Donald Costner. The company is part of ARS/Rescue Rooter (American Residential Services, LLC). In 2010, Brothers expanded by adding over 18,000 square feet of warehouse, distribution, and office space. Since 2011, they have installed thousands of new systems with extended warranties. Brothers operates 100+ service tech trucks and has served over 100,000 satisfied customers across North and South Carolina. "Our word is our bond, and there will NOT be any extras or hidden costs." All technicians wear uniforms, shoe covers, and ID badges, are covered by liability insurance and workers compensation, and maintain NATE certification — the highest level of training in the HVAC industry.
